Thai Red Curry Chicken Wings

Ingredients:-
Chicken Wings ........................10 Pcs
Walnut .....................................12 Pcs
Dried Red Chili ........................15 Pcs
Lemongrass (Grated) .............1.5 Stalks
Lemongrass (Finely Sliced) ...1/2 Stalk
Lime Leaves ............................10 Pcs
Lime Leaves (Finely Sliced)... 1Pcs
Flour .........................................1Tbsp
Tapioca Flour ..........................1 Tbsp
Corn Syrup ...............................1 Tsp


Marinades:-
Fish Sauce .............. 1Tbsp
Red Curry Paste .......1 Tbsp
Sugar... .....................1Tsp


Cooking:

1. Pre-Mix the Marinades and add to the wings. Let it marinates for 10 mins

2. Heat up a pot of oil, fry the Dried Red Chili, Lemongrass (Grated), Lime Leave and Lemongrass (Finely Sliced).

3.Wash the Walnut with hot water, drink and dry well before fry in oil. After fry, add Corn Syrup to the Walnut and mix well.

4. Add Flour and Tapioca Flour to the Wings. Fry for two times, use higher temperature in second fry.

5.Mix with Walnuts, Lemongrass and Lime Leaves. Serve and Enjoy!
